The Intelligence Vault is an independent website, operated by an Australian business, ABN 59 381 461 161. Some of the links on this site are affiliate links. If you register for or purchase a product after clicking one, the provider may pay us a commission. This never changes the price you pay. The commission comes out of the provider's marketing budget, not your pocket.
Which links pay us
These are the tools that pay us:
- Systeme.io — affiliate relationship since August 2026.
- Make — affiliate relationship since 14 August 2026.
- GetResponse — affiliate relationship since 20 August 2026.
- Pabbly Connect — affiliate relationship since 20 August 2026.
Every other tool on this site pays us nothing and is covered anyway. Each card on the homepage and each review page states its own position in its own words, so you never have to come back here to find out where a particular tool stands.
You don't have to take our word for any of it. Affiliate links carry rel="sponsored", the marking search engines use to identify paid relationships; links to tools that pay us nothing don't carry it. That attribute is visible in any browser's page source, on every page of this site. If a link is marked and this page doesn't name it, we've made a mistake — tell us.
We do not publish the commission rate for any of these arrangements, and we don't think you should weigh them against each other. The disclosure that matters is that a commission exists at all.
Where our interest is concentrated
Worth pointing out rather than letting you find it: in our automation category, both Make and Pabbly Connect pay us. That is more commercial interest in one category than anywhere else on this site, and our automation pages say so at the top rather than at the bottom.
The others we cover there, n8n and Zapier, pay us nothing and are reviewed to the same standard — and both are load-bearing. Our n8n review argues that its per-execution billing beats Make's credit model outright for long workflows, the strongest cost argument on this site against a tool we earn from. And Zapier, below, can never pay us at all.
One we could never monetise
Zapier connects more applications than anything else we cover, and we review it in full. Its partner program is gated behind a certification process aimed at implementation consultancies and is not open to publishers, so that review cannot earn us anything however it is written, now or later.
We cover it because leaving out the category leader would make our automation comparisons dishonest — particularly since Make and Pabbly Connect, both of which we recommend against it, do pay us.
What we are not
We are not employed by, an agent of, or an official representative of any software company we write about, and we cannot make commitments on their behalf. An affiliate relationship is a referral arrangement only — we are paid a commission for sending a customer, we have no say in the product, and we get no access to your account. Pricing, features and plan limits are set by the providers and change without notice. Always confirm current terms on the provider's own website before you buy.
How we keep it honest
We apply the same criteria to every tool, whether or not it pays us — see how we choose. We include software with no affiliate program where it is the right answer. We publish the limitations of every tool we recommend, including the ones we earn from. And we don't rate a tool's ease of use until we've built something real in it — blank is more honest than invented.
Places you can check that rather than take it on trust. Our Kit vs GetResponse comparison still sends most readers to Kit, which pays us nothing, over GetResponse, which pays us — in the same words it used before that commission existed. The email section of our homepage says outright that Kit has the most generous free plan in the category. And our Zapier alternatives page tells you to stay on Zapier if it has an app the others don't, and to self-host n8n if you want automation that is genuinely free — neither of which earns us anything.
Where both options pay us, we say so and stop claiming independence. Our Pabbly vs Make comparison is the first page here where every choice earns us a commission; it opens by telling you that, and by pointing at a third tool that pays us nothing and beats both for long workflows.
None of that removes the incentive. We earn money from some of the tools here and not others, and you should read this site with that in mind.
Free resources
Where we offer a free resource alongside a recommendation — such as the Quick Start Kit — that resource is produced and provided by The Intelligence Vault, not by the software company. We ask you to click through to the provider first, but we do not require you to create an account, and we cannot verify whether you have. The resource is yours either way.
No income claims
Nothing on this site is a guarantee, promise or projection of earnings. These are software tools. What you get out of any of them depends on your offer, your market, your pricing and your own work.
