By using this site you accept these terms. If you don't accept them, please don't use the site.
What this site is
The Intelligence Vault publishes independent reviews and comparisons of software for online businesses. We do not sell anything on this site. There is no checkout, no cart and no products. Every purchase you make happens on a third party's own website, under their terms and their consumer protections — not ours.
Affiliate links
Some links on this site are affiliate links. If you register for or purchase a product after clicking one, the provider may pay us a commission. This never changes the price you pay. Our full affiliate disclosure sets out which relationships currently exist.
Accuracy, and its limits
We take reasonable care to be accurate. Every price and plan limit on this site carries the date it was last checked, and we re-check periodically.
Software pricing and features change without notice, and information here may be out of date by the time you read it. Always confirm current terms on the provider's own website before you buy. Where we describe a tool's strengths or limitations, that is our assessment, offered in good faith — it is opinion, not a statement of fact, and reasonable people may disagree.
If you spot something wrong or stale, please tell us.
No professional advice
Nothing on this site is business, financial, legal or tax advice. It is general information about software products. Your circumstances are your own, and decisions about what to buy are yours.
No income or results claims
Nothing on this site is a guarantee, promise or projection of earnings or business outcomes. The tools we describe are software. What you get out of any of them depends on your offer, your market, your pricing and your own work.
Third-party sites
This site links to websites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content, their practices, or what happens once you leave. Their terms and privacy policies apply there, not ours. A link is not an endorsement of everything a company does.
Free resources
We sometimes provide free resources, such as the Systeme.io Quick Start Kit and the Make Automation Starter Kit. They are written by us and provided as-is, for your own use. You may use them in your own business. Please don't republish or resell them as your own.
Our content
The writing, reviews, comparisons and design on this site belong to us. You're welcome to quote a short passage with a link back. Please don't copy pages wholesale.
Product names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used here for identification only.
Our relationship with the companies we cover
We are not employed by, an agent of, or an official representative of any software company we write about, and we cannot make commitments on their behalf. If you need support, billing help or a refund, that is between you and the provider.
Where we hold an affiliate relationship, it is a referral arrangement and nothing more: we are paid a commission for sending a customer, we have no say in the product, and we receive no access to your account. Those relationships are named individually in our affiliate disclosure.
Availability
We try to keep the site available but don't guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend or remove content at any time.
